Located on the Marin Headlands, within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, the lighthouse is part of the one of the largest urban national parks in the United States. The United States Coast Guard maintains the light and the National Park Service provides access to visitors Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
