Located behind USCG locked gates on the northwest corner of Angel Island, Point Stuart is closed to the public.
The light is non-functioning, the area is overgrown, dangerous and in a state of disrepair.
Passengers traveling on the ferry from San Francisco to Ayala Cove
can see the building from the water as they pass.
